it's on.

I just officially registered myself for the Niagara Falls half marathon on Oct 24. I've been slacking the past week and a half (after my post, no less!) so now there are NO EXCUSES. I just ran my best 5k in about 3 years. Feeling good, and motivated. Many thanks to the support of my awesome readers :)

Good luck on your half, Callah! It's a great race distance-- long enough to be a big challenge, but not quite as daunting as the full! Is this your first one?
